Spinach Seafood Chowder


  • 135g Spinach
  • 100g Prawns
  • 100g Fish Meat
  • 150g Clams
  • 1 Egg
  • 600cc Water


Cooking Directions:

  1. Wash clean the spinach & put into the blender & mix the juice with some water & mix well, remove the residue.
  2. Clean and wash the prawns and fish meat & boil to cook.
  3. Dip the clams into hot water & remove the shells.
  4. Boil 600cc of water & mix well with the seasoning, put the seasoning in & mix well with the corn starch. Add the spinach juice & boil till cook (add in the egg white to make the texture smoother and tastier).
