Sliced Beef with Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Sliced beef 200g
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2/3 of a carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp corn oil

Seasonings:

  • A. 1 ½ tbsp HONDASHI®, 4 glasses of water, 2tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • B. 4 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin

Cooking Directions:

  1. Peel the skin of the potatoes, cut the potatoes into pieces, boil for 5 minutes & rinsed dry. Sliced the skin of the carrot and cut into pieces. Cut the onion.
  2. Stir-fry the vegetables in 1. , add seasoning A, simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, increase the heat, add the sliced beef & seasoning B.
  3. Cover the wok and simmer for 15 minutes & ready to be served.
