Seafood Bean Curd Soup


  • Soft bean curd 1 box (cut into cubes)
  • 100g enoki straw mushroom
  • 200g prawns (medium)
  • 200g crab meat
  • 100g fresh scallop (cut into cubes)
  • water
  • 4 tbsp potato starch powder

Ingredients A

AJINOMOTO® brand MSG, TUMIX® Anchovy Stock 3/4tsp, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 1/2tsp, salt 1tsp

Ingredients B

Potato starch powder 4tbsp, 4tbsp water (mix well)

  1. Pour 1.5 litres of water to boil.
  2. Add bean curd, enoki mushroom, prawns, crab meat & scallop when water is boiled. Stir and mix well.
  3. Pour in ingredients A, salt & soya sauce & simmer.
  4. Add in ingredients B & mix well. Add in the sesame oil & ready to be served.
