Sauté Mayonnaise Potato


  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 ½ tbsp corn oil, small quantity of chopped parsley


Cooking Directions:

  1. Remove the skin of the potato & shred potatoes into slightly thick slices.
  2. Pan fry the potatoes in oil till slightly brown in colour.
  3. Mix well with the Pure Select Mayonnaise & sprinkle small quantity of the parsley.
