Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 red chillies
  • 30g shallot
  • 4tbsp oil

Seasonings:

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs then add in shallots, red chillies & SERI-AJI® Flavoured Fried Rice. Stir well.
  2. Heat the oil & pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat.
  3. Flip the egg & fry until it is cooked on both sides. Serve it while it is hot.
