Macaroni Cheese


  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ yellow onion
  • 100g diced chicken meat
  • 1tbsp flour
  • 200ml milk
  • parsley (finely cut for garnishing)
  • 100g finely grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups ready cooked macaroni/ penne pasta
  • 100g diced crab stick
  • 50g frozen peas
  • 50g frozen corn
  • 50g diced red pepper


Cooking Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, sauté onion till fragrance.
  2. Add in chicken, stir-fry till cook.
  3. Stir in flour & mix well. Slowly add in milk.
  4. Stir in TUMIX® Anchovy Stock, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper cheddar cheese, macaroni/ penne, crabstick, frozen peas, frozen corn & red pepper.
  5. Sprinkle parsley & ready to be served.
