Hokkien Noodles


  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 chopped shallots
  • 3 chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian flour
  • 500ml water
  • 400g thick yellow noodles
  • 50g squid
  • 100g prawns
  • 100g sliced chicken
  • 100g cut cabbage

TUMIX® Chicken Stock, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, water, dark soy sauce

Ingredients B
Yellow noodles, squids, prawns, chicken, cabbage

  1. Heat oil in the wok and sauté chopped shallots and garlic.
  2. Add in stock (A). When boiling, add in ingredients (B). Cover and allow to be boiled.
  3. Add in salt to taste. Simmer till the gravy dried up. Sprinkle vegetarian crisp & ready to be served.
