Green Peppercorn with Sliced Pork

Ingredients:

  • 400g green peppercorn
  • 120g pork
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 2 red chili

Seasonings:

  • 1 tbsp HONDASHI®
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

Cooking Directions:

  1. Sliced the green peppercorn, pork & red chili & cut the garlic into pieces.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp of cooking oil into the heated wok & deep fry the garlic, red chili & after which fry the sliced pork. Pour the cooking wine & fry the green peppercorn & add HONDASHI® & stir fry. Add the sesame oil & ready to be served.
