Chawanmushi

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 6 gingko nuts
  • 60g chicken (sliced)
  • 3 sliced fish
  • 3 pieces clams
  • 2 pieces mushroom
  • 450ml water

Seasonings:

Cooking Directions:

  1. Add 450ml of water & the 1 tbsp of HONDASHI® into the beaten egg.
  2. Add the gingko nuts, chicken, fish, clams & mushroom together with (1).
  3. Place 2 layers of plastic wrap on the top of the bowl & steam under high heat for 10 minutes & ready to be served.
