Bean Curd Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 250g Fresh prawns
  • 1 Box egg bean curd
  • 25g green peas
  • 50g fresh mushroom
  • small quantity of onion

Seasonings:

Cooking Directions:

  1. Clean & boil the prawns.
  2. Cut the bean curd to square shape, slice the onion.
  3. Boil the mushroom & green peas.
  4. Add (1), (2) and (3) & seasoning, add 150cc water & mix well with the corn flour & ready to be served.
